R2RML

A language for expressing customized mappings from relational databases to RDF datasets. Such mappings provide the ability to view existing relational data in the RDF data model, expressed in a structure and target vocabulary of the mapping author's choice. R2RML mappings are themselves RDF graphs and written down in Turtle syntax. R2RML enables different types of mapping implementations. Processors could, for example, offer a virtual SPARQL endpoint over the mapped relational data, or generate RDF dumps, or offer a Linked Data interface.

See tutorial here

D2RQ

The D2RQ Platform is a system for accessing relational databases as virtual, read-only RDF graphs. It offers RDF-based access to the content of relational databases without having to replicate it into an RDF store.

W3C RDF Validator

Check and Visualize your RDF documents

RDF Translator

RDF Translator is a multi-format conversion tool for structured markup. It provides translations between data formats ranging from RDF/XML to RDFa or Microdata. The service allows for conversions triggered either by URI or by direct text input. Furthermore it comes with a straightforward REST API for developers.

Manchester OWL Validator

Accepts ontologies written in RDF/XML, OWL/XML, OWL Functional Syntax, Manchester OWL Syntax, OBO Syntax, or KRSS Syntax, and validates against OWL2, OQL2DL, OWL2EL, OWL2QL, and OWL2RL.

Manchester OWL Syntax Converter

Converts your ontology to either: Manchester OWL Syntax, OWL/XML, OWL Functional Syntax, RDF/XML, Turtle, or Latex

SPARQLer Query Validator

Validates SPARQL queries, optionally with four versions of SPARQL Algebra click here

iRINGTools

A set of free, public domain, and open source (BSD 3 license) software applications and utilities that implement iRING protocols. iRINGTools provide users with production ready deployable solutions. iRINGTools also provides technology solution providers with usage patterns for the implementation of iRING protocols in their respective solutions.

.15926 Editor

The goal of .15926 project (pronounced “dot 15926”) is a development of .15926 Platform for ISO 15926 ontology programming. The .15926 Platform is an architecture and a set of specific interfaces and libraries to build semantic applications for work with ISO 15926 data in all possible ways - to read, visualize, explore, search, reason, map, write, exchange, etc.

ISO 15926 Template Expander

Takes as input a set of Prover9 syntax formulae, which define the templates, and a formula to be expanded, representing instances. Expansion is carried out until no further axiom is applicable. Correctly defined templates yield output using only ISO 15926-2 entity types.

HDF4 and HDF5 software

Hierarchical Data Format is the name of a file format and libraries designed to store and organize large amounts of numerical data.

The R2R Framework

Enables Linked Data applications which discover data on the Web, that is represented using unknown terms, to search the Web for mappings and apply the discovered mappings to translate Web data to the application's target vocabulary.

Sindice Web Data Inspector

A tool to Visualize and Validate the structured data content available at a given web location (URL). The Web Data Inspector can be used to visualize and validate RDF files, HTML pages embedding microformats, and XHTML pages embedding RDFa. The Web Data Inspector works as a chain of extraction, validation and processing elements that create a final tabbed report.
