OIMs and partial OIMs can be defined by classifying the specialized templates with an "EnumeratedSetOfClass" (one of the Part 2 entity types, a subtype of ClassOfClass).
I don't think it is 100% correct. It is "temporary" classes which re classified by ESOC, not "templates".
