ClassifiedIdentificationOfClassInLanguage

I propose the following:

Name: ClassifiedIdentificationOfClassInLanguage
Intent: Identification of a class with a string, classified with a natural language, according a given type of identification (e.g. ASME Code).
Description: ClassifiedIdentificationOfClassIn Language(x1, x2, x3, x4) means that x1 is a [class], x2 is a string, x3 a [class_of_class_of_identification], and x4 is a language, and that x2 is an x3-type identification of x1, and x2 is expressed in the language x4.

The same story here - this is a specialization of ClassifiedIdentificationOfClass template and has to be clearly stated as such.
