Colleagues,
We've promised P8WG to continue this discussion and arrive to some decision. Are there any new opinions. Who can summarise and make suggestions?

Re: Templates OWL file
Onno, there are several separate topics. In my opinion, using the address http://rds.posccaesar.org/2008/02/OWL/ISO-15926-2_2003# is not logical. It is a URL. It can easily change. It can change as easily as any other technical system in control of PCA. If we're working together to do better PCA RDL...

Re: Templates OWL file
Hans, ISO processes here come into obvious contradiction with Semantic Web practices. I don't know really - whether there is any other ISO standard which is making use (and standardising!) URIs and ontologies as we are? It may be an easy task to change ISO TS in 3-5 year timeframe. But on the SW onc...

Re: Templates OWL file
Namespace dm: for Part 2 entity types should be uniformly defined for all PCA RDL reference data items. If currently proposed entities are submitted to PCA - there are no other options then http://rds.posccaesar.org/2008/02/OWL/ISO-15926-2_2003# The only publicly available OWL models of Part 2 ontol...

Bugfix release of .15926 Editor version 1.31
After one week of usage some annoying bugs fixed in a 1.31 release. You can download it from http://techinvestlab.ru/dot15926Editor. Interruption of time-consuming operations is working fine now. Please import or create anew any templates you've created with ver. 1.3, definitions weren't compliant t...

Re: PCA RDL Verification
The following SPARQL query is looking in PCA RDL for RDS-entities which have R-numbers assigned via rdsWipEquivalent predicate but have no other data about them at the endpoint (no type, no label, nothing). PREFIX rdf: <http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#> PREFIX RDL: <http://posccaesar.org/...

Re: Domain-specific instances of ClassOfIndirectProperty in
I have not seen the classes of indirect property being defined that (part 2 compliant) way in the RDL. Hans, it is not so bad. Out of 2913 instances of COIP only 81 have no mandatory roles. Remaining 2832 have both hasClassOfPosessor and hasPropertySpace roles occupied by properly typed entities.
